We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your CalbaPets product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and unopened. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
